Requirements:
• Python (Pandas, NumPy, MatPlotLib)
• PostgreSQL, Git, Django, Docker
• Understanding the basic principles of pricing and having experience in developing pricing algorithms, especially in the real estate sector, will be an advantage
• Statistical and econometric knowledge
• Communication skills, customer development, problem solving skills

Responsibilities:
• Development and optimization of pricing algorithms for real estate
• Building and evaluating machine learning models to forecast real estate prices based on location and external market factors.
• Developing a model for auto-accounting of monthly financial project needs.
• Integrating developed algorithms into existing infrastructure, including interaction with databases, APIs, and stream processing of data.

Newly uncovered hack campaign in Telegram

Paulsen expects the 10-year yield to cross 2% by the end of the year. A spike in interest rates and its impact on the stock market depends on the economic backdrop, according to Paulsen. Rising interest rates amid a strengthening economy "may prove no challenge at all for stocks," Paulsen said.
